Since 2008, InSite EFS’s focus has been on educational facilities – they have an extensive network of school-specific investors, operators, and tenants. They’ve added over 85,000 seats to schools nationwide and facilitated over 150 real estate transactions with an aggregate value in excess in $1.3 billion and they work with some of the nation’s largest educational institutions leading to a stellar industry-wide reputation. To grow, Insite EFS needed to refocus their messaging to mission driven non-profit organizations and open up this new market for major gains. As their main source of marketing their website was critical in communicating their new positioning. Problem was, the messaging and images looked school-centric which hardly communicated to their new market.
Since Insite EFS desired to expand into the non-profit community and faith-based organizations they needed a UX design to reflect a wider scope of services. And they needed their new site to work hard for them by Generating and converting new business leads. And finally they wanted their new site to provide a story of what has made InSite EFS unique.
Insite EFS knew that an excellent user experience (UX Design) is a critical component in optimizing website conversion rates. To make matters worse – in the case of Insite EFS they were not generating leads from their website because it was not communicating the key reason why someone should work with them. To solve these issues in the new site design we conducted a full website discovery. The discovery revealed two main categories – Educational Services and Non-profit Services for Insite EFS which drove the UI/UX design and site content organization process. Integrating their beautiful portfolio style case studies into a section was very important as well. A clean and easy navigation and super-clean design completed our process. The result is a highly converting site that tells the unique story of Insite EFS and producing optimized conversions for new business.
