Website Launch Authorization

Congratulations on your upcoming site launch 

This is the culmination of a dedicated effort on the part of your team as well as L7 Creative, and we are proud to share this work with you.

For our records, we require written authorization to transfer code base or to launch any new web property.

Please note that as outlined in our service agreement, release of code to the live (“production”) environment constitutes completion of your project and acceptance of work performed. Both parties have had the opportunity to thoroughly test the site. The website is provided “as is” and any expressed or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. Further, in no event shall L7 Creative Communications, Inc., their agents, employees, successors and assigns, personal representatives, affiliates, and any and all persons, firms or corporations liable or whom might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named, none of whom admit any liability to the undersigned, but all expressly denying liability, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages including but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits, or business interruption. 

Although precautions are taken to make sure websites are secure and bug free, L7 Creative Communications, Inc. cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs from a website becoming “hacked”, compromised, defaced, vandalized or otherwise altered. 

Website Agreement:

I hereby agree that the aforementioned website and the features contained within, come with no warranty or guarantee of being bug-free or without glitches. 

I acknowledge that while the code base has been optimized for online search there is no guarantee that the website will be listed in any priority in search results.

Any post-launch tasks or new issues discovered after completion and acceptance will be considered new tasks and completed on a fee for service basis with hourly fees consistent with the original scope of work, or under an approved maintenance agreement as appropriate.
