Eisenhower Health’s Graduate Medical Education Program faced an increasingly competitive recruitment landscape. They needed to attract high-caliber medical students—many of whom were evaluating multiple programs—by clearly communicating what set their programs apart.

To help our client stand out, we built a multi-channel recruitment experience rooted in authenticity to showcase the strength of their programs, and reflect the distinct culture and setting of their Southern California campus. Our solution combined a fully redesigned GME website with a compelling series of recruitment videos—both created to inform, inspire, and convert.

Real Voices, Real Impact

Video is one of the most effective tools for emotionally engaging an audience—and we knew authenticity would be key to persuading top medical students. We produced a video for each residency program to bring the hospital’s culture, values, and training environments to life. Through more than 20 in-depth interviews with department directors, faculty, and current residents, we surfaced authentic stories about the positive and supportive culture, personal growth, and the commitment of the faculty to training the best clinicians possible. Filmed across multiple on-campus locations, our team showcased everything from simulation labs and patient care to scenic shots of the desert campus and moments of camaraderie among residents. The result: a set of polished, emotionally resonant videos that serve as powerful storytelling tools for Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine recruitment.

We approached the website redesign with two key priorities: improving information architecture for ease of navigation and showcasing the unique appeal of the hospital’s location and training programs. We restructured the website’s sitemap and content hierarchy to align with the needs of prospective applicants, ensuring high-traffic content was easily accessible.

The design was inspired by the hospital’s desert surroundings—using earthy tones, natural textures, and open, airy layouts to create a calming, professional aesthetic that felt distinctly local. We introduced hover effects, animated timelines, and dynamic FAQs to keep users engaged and facilitate better content discovery.

Our development team ensured fast load times, mobile responsiveness, semantic HTML structure, and metadata optimization to improve search rankings and increase visibility among relevant audiences.
